The Science Of Nucleus Overload Training:
Its important that you understand the relationship between satellite cells and the nuclei of the muscle cell. You see - by "over-training" a muscle group and increasing the VOLUME on that muscle you force more satellite cell activity.
The MUSCLE CELL is the only cell in the human body that can have more than 1 nuclei. The nuclei is where the magic happens. The more nuclei a muscle cell has the GREATER potential for growth that muscle has.

Training a muscle everyday works, and their is science that backs it up. One study looked at the amount of nuclei a RAT had in both legs, and then broke one of its legs forcing the oTHER LEG to work harder over a period of time.
The leg that was forced to work harder had more nuclei in the leg after a period of time. AMAZING!
This has been seen time and time again when you look at a Ballerina's calves, Johnnie Jackson's Traps (he trained them daily), and even my chest when i talk about how i used to train it everyday.
