If You Want to build muscle faster you need to apply the following rules into your workout routine and diet plan:
1. Increase your training frequency to increase each muscles growth signal.
2. Eat in a caloric surplus - at least 250-500 total calories above maintenance
3. Increase your training intensity (I recommend BALLOON METHOD training!)
4. Lift heavy and track your lifts. Its important to increase strength if you want to build more muscle mass.
5. DON'T SKIP LEG DAY! Leg day will help you build muscle mass all over your body by increasing your anabolic hormones.
